Leverans med Wolt: Mat & annat

Beställde mat kl 19:30 och maten kom 21:30, iskall och hade vart kl på restaurangen 1h tidigare. Kundservicen har inte svarat under hela tiden eller efteråt. Värdelös upplevelse!

Man ser precis när maten ska komma och lätt att betala! Gillar mycke

Bättre än Foodora!

After not receiving my order and contacting support, I am told that I can’t receive a refund because they “did everything correctly on their end”. Aside from actually getting my order to me, of course.

The delivery had been delayed multiple times so far. When the order was placed it showed a time of 40 minutes but later the timer will stays on 27minutes for delivery even past 30 minuts, then after a while I got a message saying that order is dalayed and it will take 25 minutes more, so it took more than an hour while it was advertised as 35-40 minutes earlier. I tried to cancel the order but its not possible either If this happened only once, i might not have issues…but this happened multiple times. In some cases the order was cancelled after 40 minutes, while I was waiting for it to arrive. I suggest to fix the app to indicate the correct delivery time while ordering so that the customer can decide weather to order or not because there is no option cancel either.

Food is more expensive at Wolt than Foodora from the same restaurant. They’ve also added a service charge on every order. Also cold food almost every time. I’ll use Foodora from now on.

My order came all wet and cold which I couldn’t eat. I talked to the support who was not helpful at all. I just threw away my money!

De har för få kurirer. Maten är kall då maten inte hämtas i tid. Noll kundfokuserat från supporten på Wolt. De tar betalt för kall mat.

Jag hade 250 kr i presentkort som jag valde o lägga in i wolt krediter, jag försöker betala men de går inte jag tr kontakt med en av kollegorna där och försökte få svar men han va jätte otrevlig och lämnade chatten och sa att du kmr inte kunna göra något med dessa pengar, han sa du kommer varken få beställa mat eller beställa. Jag är frustrerad, rekommenderar foodora starkt.
