Заказ не доехал.
В приложении указано, что заказ доставлен. На деле - заказа нет. Ответ поддержки «курьер перепутал квартиру». У соседних квартир заказа нет, у подъезда - тоже. Предложили вернуть среда или заново отправить заказ. Попросила вернуть средства, так как времени ждать новый заказ - нет. Сотрудник поддержи вернул средства, только теперь я без еды, и деньги будут возвращаться до 7 дней. Ужасный сервис (хотя многократно делала заказы). Больше не буду пользоваться приложением. Если не будет хотите в ответственный момент остаться без заказа, не пользуйтесь сервисом!
I don't recommend this app.
This app and score is 1 high. I ordered food and waited for 2 hours. They don't want to make a refund, even though an hour of time has passed. I didn't book a banquet. So I don't advise you to contact them.
Horrible User Experience
Overall I love the Wolt app, the venues they provide and the way Customer Support behaves themselves. But there is a huge BUT:
1. Whenever it’s a small rain outside or any other only God knows what reason - they dramatically decrease the delivery distance. I can be in the middle of making my order and as I’m about to pay - they decrease the distance and I’m unable too. I have to just constantly monitor the app for whenever they will scale it back. I went to great length and contacted those venues directly + I have a friend who is a courier partner and Wolt. And guess what? Both venue and courier partner say “We have no idea why the distance is decreased, we work and we ready to deliver, sorry, blame Wolt’s limitations”. They explain it with traffic. Which traffic exactly? I purposely go outside, drive my car to see 0 cars on a road. Because it’s 23:30 already. What kind of traffic?? I have expressed it to support multiple times, but they still use that ‘decrease distance’ option and can’t get rid of it.
2. No option to cancel an order. Sometimes whenever I ordered something or ordered something simply because the distance was decreased I cannot cancel my order. Even during the first 5 minutes at least (to make sure people don’t abuse cancelling). You have to reach out to support for that. But guess what? You can wait for hours before support appears or only next morning. Very convenient to say at 23:30 “support is very busy”. No! They are simply asleep

The worst delivery app, at first it says the time is 20/30 minutes, then the waiting time turns into an hour or more. I give one star for the support service, it is really cool and fast.

два раза подряд отменили заказ, после того как написали что приняли его. Отвратительный сервис, не первый рад сталкиваюсь с проблемами, больше заказывать не буду

The worst experience I’ve ever had! In Czech Republic every time my orders are delayed!!! No one answering! The last time it was more than 3 hours delayed! Deleting this app!
Ужасная служба поддержки и курьеры
Заказала суши за 30 минут до закрытия. Заказ приготовили и отдали курьеру, курьер исчез на половине пути. Служба поддержки не отвечает, деньги не возвращают. Просто УЖАС! Никогда не пользуйтесь доставкой Волт!
Bad user experience with the app
You really have to pay attention because the app is confusing, for me “vegan” was the default option for a salmon roll!!! I did not notice and had to pay for the vegan food I did not want! How come it is called “salmon roll” and then the default option is vegan? This is crazy. I deleted the app because I did not get a refund and I don’t want this to happen again.

terrible service, the order was placed, already paid, the courier simply gave it to the homeless person or picked it up himself, writing to us that the order was issued, although there was no order or money, almost 800 crowns were a waste, someone just ate them, the courier left not even at our entrance, dialed, we didn’t receive a call, but we could have contacted by message and when I gave the order to someone, I didn’t even ask that person for a receipt to find out whether it was there or not, someone just ate for our money
