## Women's Health Coach Description
The Turtle Method: Your All-in-One Coach for Health.

The Turtle Method offers a holistic approach to weight loss and long-term health. With expert-led help and community support, our philosophy is to take things one day at a time. Join 1000s of women who are escaping diet culture, food prison, and guilt eating for life.

Our all-in-one wellness app includes a calorie tracker, mental health diary, menstrual cycle tracker, workouts, and more.

Key Features:
Calorie Tracker & Counter: Our food tracker features a barcode scanner and a database of over 1.5 million verified foods. It's one of the best on the market, making calorie and macro tracking easy and accurate.

Personalized Health & Calorie Coach: Everyone has a unique daily calorie and macro requirement. Based on your data, we generate personalized targets and make tracking and adjusting them simple.

Weight Loss Coach: We understand that perfect tracking isn't always possible. If you're eating out and don't know the exact calories, simply use our "guess tracked" feature.

Holistic Wellness Coach: Track not just your food, but also your menstrual cycle, stress, emotions, sleep, training, steps, weight, and measurements. Turtle Method focuses on total health, not just weight loss.

Weekly Review for Accountability: Unlike other food tracking apps, we offer accountability. Complete a weekly review where the app analyzes your data and adjusts your targets if needed.

Community Support: Connect with 1000s of members through the app, FB groups, WhatsApp, and at our in-person events. Join our annual “Turtle Games”, post challenge events, retreats, local meetups, and more.

Live Workouts & Seminars: Access at least 3 live workouts per week, a weekly book club on Zoom, monthly mindset seminars, Q&As with our PhD in nutrition, daily podcasts, and more.

1-1 Support: Get 1-1 email support with our nutritionist. For more personalized help, weekly check-ins are available at a fraction of the cost of online coaches.

14-Day Nutrition Masterclass: Try the Turtle Way with our 14-day nutrition masterclass. Receive daily micro tasks, podcasts, and focus on our one day at a time approach. Rated 5* by all participants.

Seamless Integrations: Sync with Apple HealthKit, and Fitbit to track your steps and weight effortlessly.

## Women's Health Coach Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Recorded Teams Call Workouts :/"
So much I liked about this app but the workouts all seemed to be recorded video calls and I couldn’t find anything that seemed to have been made recently which is so disappointing. Made for tinny audio on dance workouts and some waiting around for people to sort out tech to get to the workout. The rest of the app is great but this doesn’t fit the professional style of the rest of the app and workouts being included was part of the selling point.
-- LittleAdelaide, 2025-08-04

### ***** "Turtle masterclass great to get going"
I have loved the masterclass. I took it to ease my way back to a healthier lifestyle after having a baby. The podcasts are great and the little tasks- some of which I wasn’t physically able to do, but there was never any pressure. It is all about mindset and taking things one day at a time.
-- time.to.p, 2025-06-18

### *---- "Turtle"
This site is a scam do not join
-- tamfourhill01, 2025-04-04

### ****- "So good so far"
•
-- Mc173xxx, 2025-01-12

### **--- "Still needs development"
Disappointed as sold better than other apps however found it didn’t register half the foods for calorie counting. I liked the idea of other elements building into calorie counting but wasn’t easy enough to use. Big fan of the creators so slightly disappointed!
-- Sophs..., 2025-01-08

### *---- "Be warned - Difficult to cancel"
I cancelled just before the free trial was due to end and thought nothing more of it. I later realised I had an apple subscription leaving my bank account each month and couldn’t work out what it was. Realised it was this app and so I thought to myself “I must have not cancelled”. Went to log in to the app, login details not recognised. I must have cancelled the subscription for my login details to be deleted, so why haven’t the payments stopped? I emailed the only email address I could find for this company - no response received. Whilst waiting for a response, the money continued to be taken from my account. I then found that I could cancel subscriptions via apple and cancelled this way. So far so good - payments have stopped. But still, there is still a fair amount of money I am unlikely to get back. Be warned.
-- JustMae1777, 2025-01-07

### ****- "Love"
Really love the app! Only issue is that when I go to track my period and save the info the app crashes; every time!!
-- HannahMcFarland, 2025-01-07

### *---- "Con"
Deleted the app after a day as it wasn’t for me. They still charged me for the subscription even though the app was deleted off my phone. £15 as well which is a lot of money when on maternity leave
-- …1993…., 2024-12-23

### *---- "Help"
Can’t get past the registration. I select my food preferences, click calculate macros and get an error message.
-- Marick27, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Incorrect Calories"
I just came across the app and thought I would give the free trial ago. The first item of food I scan was incorrect. Checked against my fitness pal and the box which they both matched considering this is an app I would have then paid a subscription for not great first experience. Trail cancelled.
