## Women's Health Mag Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible support"
Unable to logon and no email for support is responded to. Wish I didn’t spend the $20 on a subscription.
-- Coto 95, 2023-11-25

### *---- "The app is a let down"
It’s nothing like how the website operates, whereas I expected it to be a better functioning tool. It’s basically a generic, old school, magazine, that you flip like a grocery ad online.
-- kfarm258, 2023-06-10

### *---- "Totally confusing"
I read a great free article on the web that included workout videos and decided to subscribe. The app doesn’t look anything like what I was looking at on the web. I signed up for all access, but on the app I can’t see anything that looks like women’s health plus. There is another app that’s titled women’s health plus but it downloads in Polish. I am not sure if I mistakenly signed up for some thing on that website when I opened it. In the women’s health app, I can’t seem to find any access to customer support to figure anything out. I really liked what I saw in the article that led me to subscribe, but I can’t find that anywhere in the actual app. Hoping to figure this all out, but will otherwise cancel.
-- Petaluma Patty, 2023-01-04

### *---- "No Access After Subscription Purchase"
I just purchased a digital access subscription on the website and followed the instructions for downloading the app in my confirmation email. After several attempts to log in, it continued to tell me that my subscription wasn’t valid even though my payment went through and the Hearst website says my subscription was active. I immediately canceled my “subscription,” if you can even call it that since I never got to view the digital magazine. Thankfully, I had only paid for a monthly subscription, but it’s still $3 wasted on nothing.
-- tiff.homes, 2022-09-17

### *---- "Still awaiting response"
I sent a request about missing issues in app. I never received a response. Poor customer service.
-- Sorry I purchased this crap, 2021-08-02

### *---- "Lost its quality"
After several months of subscription, you’ll see that it repeats itself with big headlines and not really interesting health or fitness facts. All well-known facts just repeat itself over and over again.
-- Eee nick name mi kalmadi..., 2020-11-24

### *---- "No access"
Paid for the digital access and still don’t have access to any articles after signing in. Tried through website and the app. Always get the pop up out of free views. Please refund!
-- noaceess, 2020-07-28

### *---- "Awful"
Nothing like print awful
-- Chdfc61, 2020-02-01

### *---- "App won’t load issues; developer won’t respond. Ridiculous"
App won’t load issues; developer won’t respond. Ridiculous. I’ve been waiting a month for response from the developer. App used to work fine but has not displayed issues for 6 months.
-- RunHikeSeattle, 2020-01-27

### *---- "Terrible app"
Magazine is awesome, app doesn’t work
-- Mmmmmwine!, 2020-01-27
