Where are the releases.. I pay monthly and do not get a monthly cookbook! I can’t find a direct contact point to ask what is going on as my subscription is till May !
All bought cookbooks disappeared
I bought a number of cook books a few years ago and after update not long ago, all books have disappeared. Notified the publisher and they asked what device I have and that’s it. No replies to my queries.

I like so many others have lost a lot of my cookbooks since the update. Unable to retrieve them the subscription is a waste of money if I am unable to download my missing books. No where within the app are you able to retrieve them. What is wrong with whoever is looking after the app surely they can do another update so we can retrieve our cookbooks. Maybe they just can’t be bothered you have our money for the subscriptions so do something to rectify this.
Rip off and no support
All of my many previously purchased cook books have disappeared and unable to be restored. No support. Disgraceful and unethical behaviour. Apple should not allow this app in their store.
Thieves
Went to get Mother’s Day recipes only to find can’t access my collection anymore. Disgusted
Lost all my downloads
After they update the new version, I lost all my books that I purchased online! Its truly annoying!
Disappointed
Previous purchases have disappeared and there appears to be no support to get them back or get a refund. Subscribing appears to worthless as there are limited issues available and some that are pictured are apparently ‘archived’ and not available. I would rate lower than 1 star if that was an option.
Do not buy
I am a long term customer and I have lost over $700 worth of cookbooks I have purchased. I have also been given the run around from their support team. Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money on this app
Or any other publication from this group. This is the second time application that has been updated and has wiped all my prior purchases. No warning, no recourse and no support.
