Fantastic drivers!

I have used Woober for awhile now and I can say they are wonderful! The drivers are very professional and friendly and will even help with your bags. I highly recommend them!

Can’t create an account

I downloaded the app and it asks for mobile number but when I enter it I get a pop up notification saying ‘somethings gone wrong’ and throws me back to the start You might need to look into this

Can’t even get onto app

Every time I put my phone number in to start it says it’s not working and to try again. Can’t even get onto the app to use it.

My first use of Woober

What a very pleasant experience using Woober today for the first time. Easy to use and a comfortable ride. Drivers very pleasant and helpful. Thank you 😃

Meter that jumps!!

When you get close to your drop off (30 secs) and the meter jumps from £6 to £11 with no reason and when you call to query they tell you it was £9.59 but pay £10……….would you use this taxi company. Sorry!!

The first and only choice!

What did we do before Woober and the app?! Worcester’s best (I believe another Worcester firm exists, have used in the past tbh) and only choice for a simple and transparent/tracking taxi service. Always friendly drivers and office staff (if you prefer to call for pickup) and, most importantly, a truly reliable service!
