## Woober Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Very Pleasant"
Nice drivers, good customer experience
-- KevG35, 2025-05-02

### *---- "Poor service"
This is the 3rd time I have made a booking and my taxi is late or cancelled altogether with barely any notice. This morning I had a confirmed booking g for 8.45. At 8.38 I received a rude call to say it will be with me in 10-15 minutes. Sure enough the app showed it will be at least 15 minutes. As it was booked for a train journey I had no option but cancel and find a lift myself. Disgusting
-- lainebedford, 2025-04-30

### *---- "Disappointed. Used to be an excellent firm. now uninstalled the app and lost custom with lazy driver"
Always used woober, have done for years. Last 3 weeks everytime I book a taxi, they accept and do not move at all on the gps map leading me to cancel. One booking accepted then proceeded to go in the opposite direction further away from me. They always accept but never turn up. No longer hung this firm anymore. Don’t know what’s happened recently but they’re accepting jobs but making no effort to move. Returning back to uber. I’ve spent a lot on woobers over the years.
-- jasilucy, 2025-04-05

### *---- "SCAM DRIVERS"
I’d give this company 0 stars if it gave an option for that. Double charged somehow and refused a refund.
-- Rose89., 2025-01-11

### *---- "Definition of unreliable"
My impression is you have more interest building apps than actually running a reliable business. Booked a train to the station, the night before. Needless to say didn’t arrive but no warning, constantly 5 mins away but tracked car not getting any closer. Frantically called them hoping to find out what was going on, just an automated robotic voice telling me that the driver is “5 minutes away”. Not the first time, my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt.
-- MrSlowly_, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Dosent let you create an account"
It asks for your mobile number and then sends a code that never comes so you click send a new code which it sends you the code it needed before so you can’t create an account because it never gives you the right code.
-- Isabella_0131, 2024-08-12

### *---- "Charging £1.50 for Notting"
Most expensive app
-- gul baba, 2024-02-28

### *---- "Worst taxi app"
Not only does it charge you extra 40p for just stopping at a red light, but any slight movement adds on extra as well. It charged me £1 the other day even tho I didn’t book anything/cancel any rides?? BIGGES SCAM GOING!!!!
-- julie.wyatt23, 2024-02-17

### *---- "Mr Sva"
Poor service, driver was 16m late and on top of that went to the wrong pick up point!! Customer service was apologetic but overall really bad experience!!
-- bnhfhhu, 2023-10-06

### ***** "Best taxi company by far."
If you are in Worcester and you need a ride - Woober should be your first option always. Great service.
