Ordered a taxi a few days ago and turned up on time and the driver was very helpful nice and chatty Defo recommended

Very poor mappage Unable to locate where you are via maps or direct address, comes up with random address. Ring to correct and operators don’t know any different. Won’t use again

Don’t use notifications to spam things like “10% off”

I used to love using woods to help me get too and from work but the new update meant the app was ‘searching for me a car’ for HALF AN HOUR. I then rang and got one to my door within 5 minutes. I was then late to work despite trying to get a taxi half an hour early.

The taxis are fine and arrive on time but the mapping is bad, often it shows my taxi is far away when it is actually here

Used the app 3 times in a week to try and order a taxi, only one actually came! The last one I ordered will be my last, I needed to get to the train station to travel for work so set a time for pick up the night before, it didn’t arrive at the time I’d set and in the end I had to ring Woods to ask when my taxi would be arriving to be told they were waiting for a car to clear and it wasn’t even on its way!! Never again!!!!

Just turns off. Rubbish app.

The app doesn’t send me a code to register. Tried a few times.

Crashes when you try and register or won’t send confirmation code.
