I changed the WiFi password and now can no longer connect to my device. I have to completely replace my pool timer so that it doesn’t run 24/7.

Timers suddenly stopped working after 2 years. App is up to date, deleted and reset timers, but 90% of the days they don’t go off and I have to manually turn them off. Waste of money. Only good for the ability to manually control an outdoor device.

I am so sick of apps that feel the need to change the user interface every 60 days. This app has remained the same for years since I’ve used it and it’s never changed and I love that. It’s a simple app it does what you need to do and it’s not complicated. That’s how all apps should be.

This app and the garage heater switch is stable and has worked reliably for several years. I am moving over to apple home as my smart-home digital ecosystem and really need wion to add apple home and other emerging smart-home standards to their app and devices.

I needed to change the wifi in a wion plug. This should be a simple process which it is with most people. This is not the case with wion app. I spent 30 min talking and texting with two different peoples about this issue and at the end I was told I have to pay for a service to update the app in order to reconnect to my wifi. I refused to pay for a service to upgrade their junk software. I will buy another smart plug which will automatically will connect to my wifi. This rating should be -5 if it was an option.

iOS 17 won't allow changing timers. Please fix

I updated my phone, the app, deleted it, reinstalled it and nothing. My husband still see the devices, I don’t. Same phone same everything. Nowhere to get help. So frustrating

It has worked so far decently but all of the sudden stopped showing all my devices. I have phone on the newest IOS, app is updated, same network, and it’s just not showing them. To be honest, we have used the app for years and they have not updated it. It looks like 2000. It’s time to bring it to 2020 at least.

Works once again

Good luck trying to determine whether power is on or off outdoors! Simple fix would be to change the GRAPHIC, not just the slight change of color when power (lake water pump in my case) is on. Otherwise has worked flawlessly for the past 1.5 years.
