Stay away from this cowboy app it’s no good first off the videos make no sense to the training.. I signed up to the week paid the 10er then they automatically signed me up to a monthly and charged my card of 40 euro and u guessed it non refundable.. cowbay app all it is no good stay well away
Love it! Simple and fun ways to understand especially as a deaf person
At no point while I was paying for a weeks subscription for this app did I see or was I informed of a continuous subscription that was approximately 6 times larger than the original payment. Extremely disappointing to find out from my card company about this rather than been informed up front.
I stopped using this after about a week as I had already taught my dog most things and could not get to customised lessons without following a program. I also had a bit of inconvenience cancelling my subscription- it auto renews with no reminder. But when I brought it up to be fair a refund was given.
This app took additional monies from my bank account after the 7 days which I did not agree to
Scam !!!brutal app it’s just videos and you can’t go forward to where u are at with your dog! paid for a 7 day trail, absolutely nowhere did it say it’s a subscription took more money from my account 6 days later. DO NOT SIGN UP!
The way the app is designed is like many other that want to extract an overpriced subscription from you.

This app is set up to trick you into a rolling subscription at a substantially higher rate than you sign up for. You will get no notice of the renewal or the price hike and the terms are not laid out clearly ahead of time. Customer service very passive aggressively insist that enough notice is given in the fine print on the final payments screen but by reading the below reviews you’ll see that this is trend and clearly their strategy behind the brand. It’s an absolute shame because the app isn’t bad, but nobody needs it for more than a few weeks and it is outrageously priced, with very shady tactics to extract people’s money. I expect them to comment similarly on this and refute the claim as they have before, but they seem to have no interest in changing their business model, they are in the business of taking advantage of people. Do not recommend in the slightest.
