- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

This company is a scam. They charged me the annual subscription amount on a monthly basis and now claim they can’t refund it. Additionally, the app is terrible and frequently freezes. I strongly recommend finding another app. I demand an immediate refund for the incorrect charges.
Not owning
The app is not working at all on my iPhone. It only shows the dog on the loading page and I have purchased the annual plan..will you fix it?
Useless and they on purpose make it difficult to cancel
This is a useless app. But what’s worse it’s also completely outrageous that the app doesn’t show among active subscriptions and there is no way to cancel the subscription within the app. This is a fraudulent practice which cost me 59 euros!

Why are you collecting money from my bank?
I payed a one time 6,97 euros. I have no monthly subscription with you but you keep on collecting money from my bank. For the second time now.The funny thing is, you do it with Apple Pay? Sounds like a fraud case. I’m going to contact my bank tomorrow.
