- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- The cost of renewal is equal to the value that “Apple’s App Store Matrix” determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $USD.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Easy to use, clear and worth every penny
Impossible to unsubscribe
I have tried multiple time to unsubscribe and they keep taking money off
False Advertising and Overcharging
“Stop your puppy biting in one day” well In The 1 week $6.99 trial subscription I chose we never got to that lesson, and you can’t skip ahead untill you’ve completed the trainings on the plan. My puppy still bites. Then to turn insult to injury instead of charging me another $6.99 for the next week they charged $39.99 monthly subscription without warning. It’s like noom for dog training but with a scammy side.
False Trial Information
The app doesn’t customize your training “plan”’for the dog which you filled in the questionnaire. It’s generic. And they say you are signing up for a plan of 1 week, they do NOT indicate it’s a trial, and next thing you get charge for a monthly subscription. There is tiny tiny script below the credit card information that says it’s a subscription, I had to really look hard for it. And they say there you will be charged for the subscription you chose but I chose weekly and then they charged monthly. It’s misleading.

They don’t process cancellation requests
Cancelled my subscription in April but I am still being billed. Got billed for 6months this October. Tried contacting them but only getting automated responses and no action being done
Love it
As a young working adult i do wish the entire course was Free but i see the amazing effort put in to educate not only myself but everyone who have a new love in their life. Love this app.
