- Weekly with a 3-day free trial at $ 7.99; weekly with a 3-day free trial at $ 9.99; quarterly at $ 29.99; yearly at $ 29.99; yearly at $ 49.99 with a 3-day free trial; yearly at $ 59.99; monthly at $ 12.99.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- The cost of renewal is equal to the value that “Apple’s App Store Matrix” determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $USD.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

So far a good experience

Charging every month even if not subscribed

I only downloaded the app and it has started charging me every month 220 dirhams. Tried to reach them but no support. No contact number or mails id. Website doesn’t open !! Very poor. Need to cancel my credit card now because of this.

Un-authorised charges.

The app appears to be taking your payment info and using it without your approval. I went ahead and canceled my subscription, and I was still charged for 3months consecutively, for their yearly package. There is no unsubscribe button on the app, and it will not appear on you payment and subscription listings on your iPhone. Beware!! orelse you will be charged constantly until you block your card completely. Deleting just the app doesn’t imply cancelling the subscription also, you have to go ahead and write them and email. Yet, there is no guarantee it would stop your subscription.

Simply amazing

Very well organised app I love the fact that you can literally do anything on this app ! Thank you my dog became a new person !

Unclear process

I saw the ad first for a 7-day trial and was interested for my dog. Then I received an email saying I will receive daily info for the next 10 days but nothing came. There was no indication I should download the app. After 7 days I got debited and again no notification about what period this payment is for or how to get the app. A kind of disappointed customer

Not very useful

The fact that I can’t skip to other training levels without finishing other unnecessary ones is so frustrating. I’m currently struggling with potty training but I can’t unlock that level on the app before I finish training my dog to sit. That’s so ridiculous to me
