Be careful! They take your money
I checked out this app and didn’t realise I had signed up for a subscription so was shocked when they took $39.99 this morning. If the app was any good I would have been okay with it but the app is poor. BUYER BEWARE!!!! After a couple of emails I am not getting my money back. These people are scam artists charging through the nose for a cheap and crappy app that is not fit for purpose. If you really want to do the best for your dog find a local dog trainer and enjoy some quality training which your dog will find fun!!!

Absolute rubbish
£8.49 A WEEK? For an app that does what you can find online OR what is basic common sense? Absolute joke!
Take money without consent
Signed up for 7 day trial, nothing further, as far as I was made award. No where is it made clear that after those 7 days, they will charge you monthly until you cancel. Utterly shocking customer service refusing a refund. Completely taints anything useful on the app.

Take money without warning or permission
This app was not for me, I tried it on a free trial and did not like it. It’s slow and steps cannot be skipped if you are not interested in certain skills. I did not proceed with the app. They took a subscription fee from me 3 months later and have suggested they will continue to take a payment of $60 every 3 months if you don’t manually cancel your subscription on their app. It’s not clear from the description area that I had made a commitment for a long term subscription. They will not offer a refund. It’s very shading operating, an awful business AVOID the app is not worth the cost.
Charged me without consent - do not use
I paid for the week long trial, there was no warning they would then go on the charge me for a whole month. I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund but no answer, hence now having to leave such a bad review. I’m so so upset and disappointed.
