Change or cancel your order until our team starts picking. To manage your order, go to your order details in the app.

So buggy since rebrand
Ever since they rebranded from Countdown to Woolworths the app has been absolute rubbish. I constantly have to re-sign in to my account, which never used to be the case, and it often deletes your cart due to this. Not to mention trying to load various other aspects like the specials, weekly flyers and boosting through the new rewards system often glitches out. It’s made shopping a very buggy and frustrating process. What did you do when updating your branding on the app to make it so awful? Please fix it!

Poor user experience. Unusable app
This app just gets worse with each update. Prior to the Woolworths rebrand I never had any issues with the Countdown app. Now, the app is basically unusable. I am forced to log in multiple times in one session, and I’m unable to view the contents of my shopping cart. Come on Woolworths - what’s going on??
Downhill
Ever since the rebrand from Countdown to Woolworths. The apps gone down hill and is very tedious to use. The app requires me to login every time I open it and sometimes even when I’m using the app after logging in. The pages tend to glitch at times and display an error message.
It’s not a pleasant shopping experience and often find it’s just easier to shop instore.
Fund better technologists
Every second week my app won’t let me log in for 2 -3 days causing us to regularly have late delivery’s as we can’t lodge them! What’s the point of having an app if it’s so regularly malfunctioning.
Not working at all
Ever since the new update within the past few days i cannot get app to work at all. Will not let me get past entering my email to try sign in again. Had to go to new world to have my groceries delivered instead. Not impressed at all.
Terrible since rebrand
Constantly wants me to sign in and doesn’t have autofill for password which I’ve had to reset a million times cos it won’t let me in.
