Have to login everytime
I don’t know why the app retain my credentials. Everytime I am in the store and open app I am logged out for some reason and can’t be bothered to login again specially when you at self checkout

Every time I have used the app to access the card for savings at checkout I have had to login. This is painful as the local store has poor internet connectivity and leaving me standing at the checkout for 5+ minutes trying to sign in.
This app is one of those cheap websites-in-an-app things, and is rife with bugs and user experience patterns that don’t make sense for iOS users. On top of that, I’ve already selected my local store, why do I keep seeing the blue thing wiggling in my face on every screen ? I got so frustrated by that and all the motion in the top menu bar that o forgot what I was ordering for. I’m also collecting my order from store, why is the message asking me whether I’ll be home for an age verification check? Having said that, parts of the app are decent. Figuring out the particulars of click and collecting an order was straight forwards and didn’t result any more frustration, as an example.
After a whole year of this app logging me out every single time I use it ,it has finally started to save my login for next time. That way I can actually swipe the Everyday Rewards card without having to clumsy type in my entire login credentials. Hopefully there will be more improvements coming
You can’t login to the mobile app. What’s the point of even having an app. It’s apparent no one from Woolworths actually uses the app themselves. The Product Owner should be fired and the development team disbanded.
It won’t let me download then now it is part of my apps when I search but there is no icon and when I search and click on the app it won’t open. I don’t know how to delete it and reinstall it as there is no icon for me to hold and select delete so now I can’t do anything including accept any vouchers
So painfully annoying to use. Keeps logging me out, freezing on searches and my cart will empty if I don’t complete the order fast enough.
Has logged me out every 1-2 weeks since boost started. Really annoying.
This app has become practically impossible to function since the shift to Woolworths. Constant issues with loading my cart, being asked to sign in every other time I open the app. For the $4 million that went into this rebrand you’d think you would have employed someone to ensure a smooth transition within app functionality ESPECIALLY after tying your new rewards card to it and encouraging all your customers to use said app. Ugh stupidity at such a high level is infuriating, pay your frontline staff more if you’re gonna skimp on online features!!!
It’s been years and you guys still can’t figure out how to retain user login sessions. Either the app is built with so much technical debt or your outsourced developers don’t know what they’re doing. Having to login twice is the biggest barrier and we just shop with new world instead. It’s easier.
