Not good anymore
I used love this app. But lately I’ve been EXTREMELY disappointed in how it’s been my experience. They starting substituting items that I never allowed to substitute and sending me items different from what I ordered and I can’t even talk to the VERY unhelpful “help” chat … it’s been a horrible experience. Plus sending my shopping an hour later than the timing bracket.. I’m never shopping in this app again because you don’t know what you going to get or when you will get:
Scan and Go
Love Scan and Go but you need to fix the discount codes so they can be applied when going to pay. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t apply, sometimes its not even offered!! I’ve emailed numerous times but keep being fobbed off. Staff in stores have notified you as it’s hard for them as they then have to process discount. Fix known issues instead of releasing new stuff that’s not needed.
Partner App
Because of the verification required each team me it makes it painful and different for the partner the account is opened up in. once is ok but every time.. no will shop at Coles where it is not an issue. Also open on a page where they is no indication where you log into your account/ strange

eReceipts have not updated since 24/11/23
No way to prove purchases or check receipts

Miss
Love it! Just to order food and have it delivered saves me time and have no screaming babies while shopping, can organise the fridge have my food delivered and pack it away, save me time and a less stress!
Unable to use multiple servers
Unable to use the app between family members. It’s pretty annoying.
Repeat charging
Thought I’d paid for a product but the blank pay screen came up again. I paid again thinking I may have made an error but the blank pay form came up again. Now have no idea if I’ve bought 2 or none! No error messages. Very poor design and extremely frustrating.
Deleted/discontinued products
Can you let me know when you remove a product from my nominated store. I have items sitting in my product lists that I assume have been deleted rather than just out of stock, as they have been unavailable for months. Would be nice to know.
