Woolworths

Woolworths app works great and is very easy to navigate, however at the moment there is a glitch that when my online order has been confirmed and packed you cannot view any changes or substitutions made to the order, it only appears with a blank screen. Can this please be fixed?

This morning I was helped by a lady named SARU with my online order. She was the most helpful and patient person and I want to publicly thank her for her support and kindness. SAEU THANK YOU FROM MY HEART

More celiac friendly lactose free options would be great ☺️

It’s a great app for mum. Woolies app has everything that’s sells. Butter. Cheese. Chips. Lollies. Pants. and more. But it needs a log in and creating a account to make a “Wishlist” but I think that is a bit too much workers out in the aisle stocking stuff. I love It!

I didn’t receive all of my order with not just 1 but atleast half of my order missing. Not the service I paid for nor I expected on Christmas Eve

I love using the Woolworths app. It’s packed with useful features, yet remains user-friendly. It’s beautifully designed, intuitive and a pleasure to navigate.

The app used to work fine however now I can’t access replaced items or items not supplied. The screen freezes and I have to close the app to enter again. I was hoping it would have been fixed by now but it hasn’t, hence my review. Hopefully you can fix this soon.

Fix app for iPad mini 7. Terrible user experience. Looks like I’m on an iPhone 5. Super annoying. Ordering groceries is exactly the kind I do activity you’d want to do on a mini rather than phone or larger device. But won’t use as is

Sorry but too confusing for an older citizen, things like the app and linking rewards and woolies … exhausted from the process

“Server error” everytime i try to place my order. It doesn’t allow me to use my woolies GC even though i have money on it. Staff is just helpless since I’ve reached out many times and they only send me the same script and say it’s probably a temporary “glitch”. Or give me a $0,25 voucher as “a sign of good faith”, what a joke.
