They really need to change their IT dept or something. This app will always crash, never open properly, will tell you to call the bank, lag, and get worse every update. I am really considering changing banks because of this. Also, the some pages do not fit your screen. Too basic to miss that they are losing credibility -- skqocimelqjxhwdctau, 2024-12-24 ### *---- "Account settings different on app vs. website" User experience and account info is different on desktop and mobile app. Local branch advised me not to use app because it’s not up-to-date. App shows transactions about half the time. Gives options to add an external account, which is verified, but when attempting to move funds, it fails and says to call main customer service line. Nobody picks up the call and it never goes to auto-attendant. Local branch seems to be aware of this. -- Oaksusu, 2024-08-09 ### *---- "More like a recent downgrade" Doesn’t appear to have any new features since the update. Face ID worked before, now it doesn’t. Transactions show up half the time. Who approved this update? Typical half baked Korean programmers. -- Jangsta201, 2024-07-29 ### *---- "Full of Glitches" It won’t even log me in now. Since I’ve had this app for over 3 years now it constantly won’t show all my accounts and I’m not happy with the checking as they force me to have an account but I don’t even have checks or a debit card because they claim I can’t spend money outside of California. I’ll probably look for another bank now -- donewithdis, 2024-05-09 ### *---- "Dumbest App I've ever used" This is literally dumbest app I've ever used. They need to invest money to improve user experience. This app looks like it's made in 1990. Oh don't even expect that they can support face ID. -- Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaab!, 2024-04-26 ### *---- "I think someone should fix the app" This is the worst bank app I’ve ever used… it doesn’t even work… I can’t even see my money -- 쒯이예요 이거 완전 지금, 2022-06-05 ### **--- "Send money with Zelle does not work" I was so happy to see that Woori app added an option to quick pay via Zelle to use across other bank accounts but it does not work on the app. Once I click on Send Money with Zelle, I just get a blank page with no indicator for loading or error. Please fix this to make the user experience better! -- Mpota30, 2021-09-21 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Trying to deposit checks like ten times and not working. They need to fix this issue. -- Julie Kimi, 2021-06-07 ### *---- "Garbage app" Garbage -- mike3333333, 2021-05-25 [View all Woori America Bank Mobile Bank reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Woori America Bank Mobile Bank - [Woori Bank Cambodia](https://apptail.io/app/woori-bank-cambodia-VFJ/united-states) - [Global Woori WON Banking](https://apptail.io/app/global-woori-won-banking-HXhb/united-states) - [NEWBANK Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/newbank-mobile-UNZb/united-states) - [My NMB](https://apptail.io/app/my-nmb-XNZb/united-states) - [Hana Bank USA](https://apptail.io/app/hana-bank-usa-mbac/united-states) - [Hanmi Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/hanmi-mobile-banking-cpac/united-states) - [Bank of Hope](https://apptail.io/app/bank-of-hope-gpac/united-states) - [Shinhan Bank America](https://apptail.io/app/shinhan-bank-america-hpac/united-states) - [The Bank of Princeton Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/the-bank-of-princeton-mobile-OBpp/united-states) - [PCB Banking](https://apptail.io/app/pcb-banking-XPWp/united-states) ## Woori America Bank Mobile Bank Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/woori-america-bank-mobile-bank-nbac/united-states) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/woori-america-bank-mobile-bank-nbac/south-korea) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
