No refunds or credits are given for any unused periods, and your subscription will remain active through the end of that month.

Horrendous game overall.

This game has turned to a money wasting, corrupt and BORING game.

This game wouldn’t even let me get it.

I bet you they hired those people to write those reviews If you’re actually getting into the game to download, I suggest you didn’t get this because it’s nothing like what the reviews said, and it kept kicking me out when I actually got in!😠😡

they don’t care about us (their users)

long story short, they blocked an account that I had existing VIP days left on (that I had paid for), and apparently they can just cancel your account at any moment for no reason because they don’t care about the truth and their users (or the money I’ll never ever get back). just another greedy company

Un explained ban

They banned 2 of my accounts with no explanation what so ever. I tryed contacting them in all the possible ways they never returned any email or calls. I am so done with that game they don’t care at all for they’re players. After all the hours and money put in the game I’ve been playing for 9years and that’s how they thank you.

Technical Support is Bad

Was hacked lost everything, including items I won in contests, and items I bought with real money. Support won't do anything. Targeted bc I was an old account with rare items. Joke of a support team for someone active for 10 years.

Little glitches here and there, but it’s good game I recommend, wish there was more things to do tho

Be aware

Ive been playing this game for the last 5 years and I can’t begin to tell you the amount of predators and perverts on this app. As a kid, I came on and was already asked to join someone room. I thought it’d be for a hangout but NO, the guy started making some weird cosplay, making it super uncomfortable. After that, I saw just how many people lie about who they are so just be aware. Other then that, I loved the game. I made many friends but had to verify if they were real or not lol. The game design is amazing too and woozworld keeps bringing more to the table.

Parents beware

When are you guys going to start taking the predators on this game seriously? There are grown adults on this game preying on little kids. You also get banned if you speak up about the predators. This is what happens when a game wants money more than caring about the safety of players. Parents be careful, there are some serious weirdos on this platform they refuse to get rid of.
