I payed for the pro version and the app still standard and lock all the pro options, two days now waiting for it. I payed the one time life purchase and one month pro and no way , i sent to the developer an email and no answer,?????? So bad experience Lost my money!!!!!

I purchased this app sometime ago and need to restore it after resetting my phone. Each time I try to restore I receive an error message. I am also unable to repurchase the app because I receive a message indicating I have already purchased the app. I tried to use the app support, but the developer’s entire website is written in Chinese. I reached out to Apple Support and they said there is nothing they can do to restore the app. The developer has to be contacted. So hopefully the developer will see this message and help me restore the app.

This used to be a great app. Apparently I should turn off auto update because the good shapes are gone, the shape I have put the text outside of the shape, and now the fonts and shapes are only available in a Pro version. Bad idea guys. I’m deleting Word2Art and not looking back.

I bought this app before and had so many options. This update has thrown me out and I have to subscribe to get options I paid for before. Not pleased.

Previously loved this app now having trouble. Can’t find a way to get help.

Before the update this app was amazing, there were so many options and it was easier to use, now it’s subscription based, less options, and it’s buggy I should have never updated it. I hope the developer returns back the old images and shapes. And I bought this app now I have to buy it again?!?!? Please return the old images!!!!!

It worked... and then didn’t. It literally will not do what it used to and should do. I just also paid for a month of pro before realizing that it no longer works. I will be contacting iTunes and telling them about this and urging that they remove this app from their store.

Word2Art was excellent prior to the last update. Now the interface is overly clunky and frustrating to use. The app once contained useful design elements which have now been removed, replaced with Chinese designs and locked behind a paywall. Far too much has changed. The app is a complete ruin.
