The best app but does not function properly

This is the best app I have ever used; however, it doesn’t function properly after the last update. I sent an email to the support team. Unfortunately, they haven’t solved anything. I don’t know what you are waiting, but I don’t want to pay for an app which I cannot use. Please fix this problem. It started to harm your reputation.

Lots of Arabic photos

Why do most of the pictures in the application consist of Arabs, people wearing turbans and chadors? What are you trying to do, impose Arab culture? For example, why does the word "Sir" contain a turbaned Arab man looking down at a woman with a condescending look?
