Work Log is a quick, easy and free way to keep track of your shifts and calculate the number of hours worked and wages earned over your pay period. 


• Fast, simple and straightforward way to track your hours, expenses, tips, mileage and much more

• Includes a wide variety of features to fit your needs: Overtime, Premium/Differential Hours, Tips, Sales, Expenses, Raises, Holiday Pay, Bonuses, Deductions, Per Diem, track Paid Shifts, and Mileage

• Save time with features like automatic break deduction, "Quick-Shifts" and pay period settings

• Punch In and out, or enter your hours manually

• Customize how Work Log looks with options like date and time formatting, when your week starts and a light or dark theme

• View your hours in a variety of ways such as by week, month, year, day, pay period or all of your shifts at once

• Set your pay period to automatically calculate how many hours you worked and your wages for each paycheck

• Use the deductions and/or bonuses options to automatically calculated for pay check estimates

• Keep track of overtime hours by week/pay period/shift up to three separate overtimes

• Use the Premium/Differential Hours feature to automatically track premium rates during any times like weekends or evenings

• Use the notes section to keep track of detailed notes

Ive been using Work Log for over 10 years now. Work Log is super efficient to keep track of my time and helps me figure out flexing time to make sure it matches my pay period before I submit my hours. Its happened where my hours were changed and I was able to bring up my exact times to management to get paid accurately. Ive recommended this to friends and they use it too!

Everything was working great. I paid for the yearly subscription and my renewal wasn’t up until March. This morning I went to submit my timesheet using a PDF as I usually do, and it is telling me that I cannot make any exports even though I already own it. Kind of disappointed, hoping it gets resolved very quickly.

Hello,
I really like your app, but I’ve noticed that the AM/PM time format only works when my iPhone is set to English.
When I use the phone in Spanish, even with the 24-hour format turned off, the app still shows the time in 24-hour (military) format.
Could you please update the app so that it respects the system’s time format regardless of the phone’s language?

The app is good overall, but has a lot of bugs. You can make an account to sign into more than one device, but the database doesn’t update correctly sometimes and loses some shifts. Just spent an our doing write ups, went to export the weeks work as a PDF on my iPad and the PDF export button was bugged. Went to my iPhone to send try to export from there and it would not update the database. Decided to send the file as a spreadsheet from my IPad, the database updated on the iPad and I lost the entire hours worth of write up I had just done.

I love this app for keeping track of pay. However I am a railroader and would like to keep accurate time of hours worked without affecting my pay. Example- i work 7 hours but I get paid for 10 hours. The app calculates pay for only 7 hours. 
I have to put 10 hours in my shift to calculate pay correctly even though I didn’t work 10 hours.
