So it’s frustrating when I want to check my statement and nothing shows up until two or three days later. -- pilosa11, 2023-07-19 ### *---- "Rating the WCU app" It doesn’t always work. Sometimes there are days where you can access it and it’s a blank screen. -- Sad customer support, 2023-05-26 ### **--- "Mm" No puedo ponerlo en español -- Ricky Ricón, 2023-03-23 ### *---- "No stars should be an option." Horrible. Filed a complaint months ago regarding your WCU employee that gave out my personal information (my AOR), and I still haven’t heard a thing about this intrusion of my privacy. -- sns enjkkkm ccdfgnn, 2023-02-01 ### *---- "Poor customer service" I have requested a payoff statement (today being the 3rd) for over a month now. With NO response. Seriously, if I stop paying my note you’ll respond. Very annoyed! -- #moving to anothet provider, 2023-01-14 ### *---- "Photo of check for mobile deposits does not work with new iPhones" 6 weeks and several phone calls. Tried every fix they gave me. Still can’t photograph checks with iPhone 14 WCU continually blames Apple. I disagreed this is on WCU I will be going to a different bank. They have gone downhill this last year or so. Too big for their britches -- Jackbenimble1234, 2023-01-05 ### *---- "Won’t let you deposit checks via mobile" What year are we? This is sadly why credit unions coming compete. -- Jason1222, 2022-12-21 ### ***** "Good app" The app is convenient -- Polywig, 2022-12-19 ### *---- "Check deposit won’t rotate camera" Check deposit won’t rotate camera. Bank ATMS are withdraw only. Can’t get money into my account without leaving work early to get to a branch since They all close early. Horrendous -- deez machined nutz, 2022-12-18 ### ***-- "Electronic deposit" App is good expect for since the upgrade I can’t deposit a check via the app which is frustrating. Assumed they would have a fix by now. -- JMP@213, 2022-12-16 [View all Workers CU reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Workers CU Discovered Keywords - workers ## Apps Similar to Workers CU - [Athol Savings Bank](https://apptail.io/app/athol-savings-bank-swe/united-states) - [myArbella Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/myarbella-mobile-JQy/united-states) - [Jeanne D'Arc CU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/jeanne-darc-cu-mobile-banking-DcL/united-states) - [Metro Credit Union Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/metro-credit-union-mobile-MgL/united-states) - [Hanscom FCU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/hanscom-fcu-mobile-banking-bYWb/united-states) - [Go Mapfre](https://apptail.io/app/go-mapfre-yjXb/united-states) - [IC Credit Union Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/ic-credit-union-mobile-MNXb/united-states) - [Works Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/works-credit-union-PNXb/united-states) - [All One CU](https://apptail.io/app/all-one-cu-QNXb/united-states) - [Lighthouse Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/lighthouse-credit-union-SNXb/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
