WorkFlowy: Note, List, Outline

Workflowy has become a safety net for everything I care about. It’s the one place I can find exactly what I’m looking for and the first place I send new valuable information. As a writer, it helps me research, structure, create and improve documents, and keep everything organised by topic, client, or however I wish. I can also keep my Christmas shopping under control and track plans for pet sitting too. It’s so simple to use, has unlimited scope and fits around my life like a glove.

From keeping journal notes to organising quotes and all my other information, Workflowy is unsurpassed for simplicity of use. I have used it extensively every day for several years and would be lost without it.

I have tried lots of apps. Very few stick long term. Workflowy is now where I work all day on desktop and mobile. I’d give it 5 stars if it had integration with the iOS sharing menu. Fantastic.

I have used Workflowy for years and I cannot imagine life without it. I periodically have “affairs” with other apps such as Notion or Roam but always have come back to Workflowy. I use it for brainstorming, as my todo list, as database of information, and I love the way I can do all that at the same time. Highly recommended.

Clean, simple yet feature rich. It’s a checklist app that offers so much to bring the scattered elements of your life together. It’s become an essential part of organizing my working, personal and creative life. I hope future updates allow for viewing things in a widget on the iPhone and connecting with other apps. And adding things quickly from the Home Screen. But I’m willing to wait!

I have tried them all (most recently TickTick) and Workflowy has shown me that context and simplicity are what matters most to me.

Tried so many notes apps to find one with a list of very specific features with no luck. Eventually found Workflowy and it did it all! Have been using this for several months now and keep finding new features and being impressed by how powerful this app is.
