I’ve had this app for years. Years! Never had an issue until this last update. I opened up the app this morning and the project that I had been working on is gone. That’s hours and hours of work down the drain. My trust in the app is gone as well.

Very good and simple organization app. Love the clear interface. My only criticism is that the editing and navigation is sometimes hidden is not completely intuitive. Better on the lap top than the phone. It would be nice if navigation and editorial functions would surface more easily on mobile.

While support is somewhat lacking (email and even online messaging through their site)… Nonetheless, the straightforward manner of this app is excellent.  

This is great for outlining — I’ve had nothing better. It provides a way to take notes or organize one’s thoughts in a simple and straightforward manner.  

I’ve only been using app for a week, but my first project with it was to organize a week’s travel itinerary (many details).  It enabled the inclusion of all details and uploading of tickets, directions, details from historical sites…  as well as London’s Tube line schedule to places we wish to visit.  This is a very good app, I do recommend it.

I’ve tried so many new todo/note tracking tools (Notion, Apple Notes, etc etc) and I always find myself coming back to Workflowy every. Single. Time. 

Workflowy is just so simple, so lightweight that it’s no wonder if it’s my favorite todo tool - I love it so much, and would be pretty bummed if it ever went away.

I use as a sort of therapy. I create lists and outlines of basic stuff that an ordinary person would probably laugh at, but a second grader would totally understand. It grounds my thinking, and reminds me of what is really important in life.

I have used Workflowy for nearly 14 years every day. I can’t even say that about Google. I have so much stuff in there that it takes several seconds to load the app.

What I like most is that it has not changed fundamentally, and features that are added seem actually useful. I probably will use Workflowy the rest of my life.

Been a subscriber for several years, and I must say that WorkFlowy team is constantly improving the product. They have added new features such as native colors, back links and mirrors to name a few to an already slick product. There is an outstanding community on slack where one can seek help/ideas for organizing or methods for improving productivity. Great work team!! Looking forward to other features!!

I’m surprised I don’t hear more about Workflowy. It is fantastic!  I’ve started using it for my todo list - replacing Things. Lots of flexibility and super fast/efficient. Couldn’t be more happy with it. Watch a video or two on YouTube to find out the mechanics and then jump in.

I’ve been using the free version for years and recently upgraded to paid. It just keeps getting better. I organize my daily life, travel, brainstorming sessions, business planning, editorial calendar, and pretty much everything else from grocery shopping to product launches in this app. It’s so straightforward, clean, and easy to navigate. Also, it has rescued me from the endless sticky notes I used to make in SPITE of access to more complex or fancy organization apps. Workflowy is all I need.

Love this app. The comnectivity is great and I’ve had a great time with all of the features. However, in Airplane mode with no wifi, attempting to open the app turns my screen into a siezure-machine flashing black and white rapidly! I can’t use it offline properly like this.

I’ve been using Workflowy for about 4 years, and have tried other knowledge management / productivity suites intermittently but I just keep coming back to Workflowy. The pricing is great, the app functions well offline (which is important as I’m not always connected to the internet). It just doesn’t get in the way of what I want to do. “Simple but powerful” I think is the motto and it’s right on point.

### ***** "Being able to move, collapse groups of bullet points is KEY"
I've been using this app for a few years at least. I'm a person who needs a to do list and learned a lot from David Allen's Getting Things Done. But I also get overwhelmed or de-motivated, or just annoyed by the size and messiness of my to do list most of the time. Being able to group, collapse, quickly rearrange the lists has been incredible. Trying to make lists in any other app including Word, Google Docs, spreadsheets and any standard to do or task apps is now completely annoying b/c of the inability to drag and drop bullet points or collapse them.

Strong recommend.
