Workers beware. This is literally the 5th or 6th time this has happened to me when using the workforce app with my sick time for Home Depot. Not sure if this has happened to other users but what’s been going on is that whenever I submit an early out request for sick time this app makes a mathematical error or some sort of glitch in the amount of sick time that should be taken out. This happened to me last Tuesday 5-13-25 where I had left work at 6:50pm where I had submitted an early out request before clocking on meaning since I was working a full 8 hour shift and left at 650pm this app should’ve only taken out 1 hour and 10 minutes from the sick time that I have accumulated but instead this app yet again made that mistake of taking 4 hours and 27 minutes away from my sick time which makes no sense whatsoever because i worked the majority of my shift and did not leave that early in advance. There are times when I have left early on account where the current amount of sick time was taken out but it feels like this app only works when it wants to which shouldn’t be happening at all since the time is right there on hand and shouldn’t be making any basic mathematical errors since the time punches are all submitted the way they should be 🤦🏽‍♂️ not sure if I’m just going to have to submit a hand written time card with a managers signature when leaving early because if this issue doesn’t resolve with the app when submitting a request to leave early… I’m going to wind up not having any sick time to use at all for emergencies which is totally unfair considering the amount of time it takes to accumulate sick which is only 1 hour per week for full timers. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The app is typically very helpful, and I love the no-contact clock in feature. The system constantly logging me out despite saying it won’t until my password changes is frustrating though. I have to log in again at least every second week.

I would rate it lower than one star if possible. I logged into it and within 8 hours the app logged me out. I don’t know if it’s a security thing but use Face ID or stop the constant log outs.  The app works well but this issue is annoying.

Go back to the way Xchange was before. The update is terrible. We shouldn’t have to click on every single day to find a shift. No one likes this. Stop changing things for no reason.

this app used to work just fine until recently, it takes forever to load or it gives up 4 minutes into loading and tells me there’s an error. two stars because it still works sometimes. just started breaking on me after recent update.

Change the xchange back to how it was. Before we were able to see the entire shifts being offered on one page. Now we have to choose a date and then it only shows for the day chosen. That’s stupid. Put it back to how it was to see all shifts offered on one page to scroll.
