付費後該有的功能沒給，寫信給客服，客服也消失不回信

我在法院當法官，竟然不能用這款app?
不好用
免費滑動次數也太少 買會員了還要再買愛心才能多滑⋯ 滑動的介面也很卡 用起來非常不順
可憐吶
花錢訂閱，結果每天按一兩個就跟我說本日免費十個就結束了，明明就顯示還有，而且問題發生已經兩三週了，我這樣算被白嫖訂閱嗎
過濾掉騎驢找馬約砲仔
雖然整體也是沒有CMB好用 但性質跟CMB比較像 大家都比較認真一點 付點小錢就能幫忙過濾掉那些+9 值回票價
根本騙個資
手機驗證收不到、信箱認證收不到、按鈕點下去沒反應、改各種資料都要透過客服，但上班時間客服都不在（到底？），配對沒有篩選選機制，當初主打由台大校友創立的app，功能這麼不完善甚至連中文都沒辦法更改，還要大家付費，會不會太騙個資了一點？

無法設定距離、年齡 難用
如題 這app使用起來相當不成熟 無法設定距離跟年齡範圍 會配對到一堆不適合的對象 而且每天又限定只有10個免費的名額可以滑 光篩掉年齡差太多的就差不多用光額度了
有可能是騙個資照片的app
上傳照片時需要正面人臉辨識，我都上傳證件照了都還過不了，隨後頁面也沒有說明原由，也沒有回復上一頁的選項，UX極爛。在照片上傳之前還填了姓名學校生日，要怎麼證明這不是一個騙取個資照片的軟體啊？
