## Workit Description
Your Fitness, Rewarded.
Deeply Intelligent. Truly Rewarding.

Plan workouts, log your training, and keep nutrition in one place with Workit. Build a gym or home routine around your goals, follow your program, and see your progress over time.

A WORKOUT PLAN FOR YOUR ROUTINE
Create a personalized program around your goals, experience, equipment and training days. Preview upcoming exercises, follow demonstrations, and swap exercises when your routine needs a change.

SEE THE MUSCLES YOU WILL TRAIN
Your workout card highlights the muscles in the day's planned exercises. Open your program from the card, start your workout, or return to the active Workout Player. Rest days include an easy-walking suggestion.

LOG SETS, REPS AND WEIGHTS
Use the workout journal to record completed sets, repetitions and weights. Review saved sessions, recorded workout time, lifting volume and weekly recaps. Keep your training history close to your next workout.

WORKIT AI, READY TO HELP
Ask questions about training and nutrition, build or adjust a workout program, and get help logging meals. Review proposed changes before applying them.

CALORIES, MACROS AND MEALS
Track calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat and water. Describe your meal or add a food photo for a nutrition estimate, then review the draft before saving. Manual entry and the recipe catalog are also available.

ACTIVITY AND APPLE HEALTH
Connect Apple Health to see available steps, active energy, sleep and heart-rate readings alongside your training. Explore 7-day and 30-day views of your recorded activity. Health features depend on available data and permissions; heart-rate measurements require a compatible source.

IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH
Log workouts on iPhone or follow them from your wrist with the Workit Apple Watch app. Keep completed workouts and your training journal connected.

REWARDS AND CHALLENGES
Explore fitness challenges and rewards for eligible activity. Availability, eligibility and reward terms are shown in the app.

A subscription is required to use Workit. AI nutrition values are estimates for you to review. Workit provides general fitness and wellness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment.

## Workit Reviews in United States

### *---- "SCAM!’ No really!!"
The app is terribly made and doesn’t let the user cash out their rewards. Wallet balance was altered and rewards are missing from wallet. Very trashy.
-- #1312_ACAB, 2025-09-09

### *---- "Wallet grab"
“No commitment. Cancel any time” is the wall I hit after answering a bunch of setup questions. You offer no trial period so, yes, there is a commitment the moment I get charged. Delete!
-- Lozo69, 2025-06-24

### *---- "Pay for All Access!"
Collect all of interested party information before user gets to see App or multiple pricing levels
SCAM!
-- iPad95678, 2025-05-20

### *---- "false ad"
why say “we want you to try it free” then tells me to pay for it like I just want to see what it’s like
-- ineverdoreviews68, 2025-03-27

### *---- "ZERO STARS IF I COULD."
This was downloaded for a free trial. After downloading, this app did not work. Since it did not work, I requested a refund to cancel the app. I was still charged the full purchase price after my cancellation on the same day as the app was downloaded.
Now, whatever set up Workit has with Apple, they are refusing my refund.
So many of these apps are pure scam. And it’s very disheartening to see that people would take advantage of others in this way.
-- LynnMarie3xo, 2025-03-17

### *---- "…."
Login doesn’t work
-- dle900, 2024-10-13

### ***** "i like it, use it every day"
very nice app with great features, I lost 20lbs in 3 months, which is great
-- AnnaSmith21, 2024-09-05

### ***** "Error Session Expired, Please sign in first"
I was able to walk one day and earn some on my dashboard the first day I used the app then the next day the app went to an "Error Session Expired, Please sign in first." This seems to be a bug as im signed in and when I sign out of my account and sign back in I am still getting this same error every time . Fix this bug and I will bump the rating . Overall the UI is nice I like the app other than the error that makes the app unusable .

Update : The bug I mentioned seems to be fixed on the recent update however I did have to recreate a new account . Thank you for the response ! I have since updated my rating .

### ***** "Workit is exciting"
This one is a keeper. Loved the sats rewards for the steps taken!
-- GreekFreak3434, 2023-12-30

### ***** "Good content and intuitive"
I am a novice and the Improve fitness program really helped me. I am 7 weeks in and I am feeling pretty good…
