## Workout Anytime Go Reviews in United States

### *---- "Needs work"
Doesn’t allow you to update membership info within the app. You have to reach out to your gym for assistance which defeats the purpose.
-- Jankins 00, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Account"
Doesn’t have an option to create an account. Makes no sense
-- iiCORDii, 2024-10-11

### *---- "Horrible app,…"
does not send password reset
-- nicknamex1000", 2024-07-30

### *---- "Horrible"
There is no support for this app. I keep getting “unable to set your password check internet connection” message no matter what. I’m at the club or at home. The staff was not able to help me. So I have to use my plastic key tab every time I go to workout. I put in my email for the forgot password or resend link and this is what I get all the time. Please any help would be appreciated!
-- PSTAMPSJR, 2024-05-12

### *---- "Log in"
It’s not letting me log in to cancel my membership I have never been able to log in to this app
-- Anonymous … 1234, 2024-02-13

### *---- "Not only does this app not work but the people in the gym don’t know how to fix it."
This gym just opened in Okeechobee Fl. The people that work there are too lazy to make it a place where you want to go.
-- Dumb people here, 2024-01-03

### ****- "Over all great app"
The app is great. There are workout in the app and I love that you can check in from the app. For some reason I can not add my member card to Apple wallet I emailed about this. Once that is corrected the app will have 5 stars. I love how you can also view check in history at locations you have been to.
-- Sixflags78, 2024-01-02

### ***-- "Good app but could be better"
This app is great, it does almost everything you need it to except copy workouts to another date. Until I’m able to copy my workout programs from one day to another I have stopped using the app.
-- Rickyredracer, 2023-06-26

### ****- "Great App!"
As a person who is new to working out, having this app has been a god send. That being said there are some things that would make the app more user friendly.
1. Make it so that workouts can be renamed and set up on a recurring basis (ex. Leg Day, Monday, Friday)
2. Make it so that you can plan workouts based on the equipment your gym has. I’ve spend countless hours digging through all of the machines in the app trying to find what my gym has
3. Add all of the machines offered at the gyms. There are several machines that I want to keep track of that aren’t in the app. (You could put a QR code or number each type of machine so that they can be easily added to the app)
4. Make a workout feature where you can simply log what you are doing while you do it. Most people do not pre plan their workouts. ( number 3 would also help with this)
-- Aroach2521, 2023-06-14

### *---- "Won’t send me invitation"
Tried everything to get my account set up. Even store associate didn’t know how to fix it.

Have tried deleting and redownloading app. Confirmed email was correct in the stores system. Have tried at-least 20 times to get a email to set up a account.

Be much easier if you could use the numbers on your scannable tag they issued to login as well.
