My only wish is that they would create an iWatch version!! Sometimes when I’m working out I don’t want to constantly have my phone on me to see what exercise is coming up or to hit next. It’d be way more convenient to have a few basic features on the apple watch. I used it to help me when I was a personal trainer. Now I am on my own fitness journey and I’m still using the app. It is good for beginners because there are pre-written programs. It is good for the professional because you can make your own programs. there are a wide variety of exercises, including a home gym with no weights or equipment all the way through to a full gym with all the equipment. They have even included exercises you can do at your work. I also love the yoga feature and stretching exercises. No only that but it choose those workouts to fit home exercises or gym exercises. My favorite part of the app is it times out the workout for you so you know when to pause or when to start the next set. It also allows you to swap a workout out for a different one targeting the same muscle group in case you cannot manage the one provided. Overall, great workouts.
