I use the app to keep track of workouts and the colour coding makes it easy to see how my training is going. Very easy to use and perfect for my needs.

Simple but super effective and efficient. Been using this for 2/3 years now and it’s never let me down, some occasional bugs over the years but always fixed quickly. Highly recommend.

Very useful and simple app to plan training sessions and create accountability to attending them. The only thing this app is missing is a simple summary of how many/what sessions you successfully attended for each respective month.

Doesn’t do anything more than a normal calendar. Also, when you set up the recurrence with daily notification, this work only on the first day

Nice clean view that can be used to show your shift pattern and when you can go to the gym or go for a bike ride or a game of golf etc. It can handle bespoke recurring events and is flexible. It’s got an option to colour code events and add additional notes. Pretty much what you would expect from a calendar but you get to tick off workout sessions as complete and therefore use it for accountability and motivation. It’s pretty neat really. A simple idea that’s easy to use that could be a powerful tool to help you achieve your workout goals.

I have now used this App every day since 1st January 2019 and I’m now into my second year. I use it to record my hours run, swim or cycle which I have completed each and every day since 4th January 1994. I haven’t missed one single day in all that time and decided a long time ago that I don’t intend to stop until it is my very last day. Hopefully I still have a long way to go, so thank you for this wonderful App, wish me well and I will no doubt see you on the other side.........

In theory this is what I was looking for. Nice and simple, easy to use. However I set recurring activities but if I deleted or changed them I still got reminders. Even when I deleted all the data in the app I was still getting reminders. Deleted the app in the end.

Exactly what i was looking for. A simple workout calendar where I can track what exercises I've done each day. Seen many other apps and I just found those too complicated with too many choices. This is great so far!

Motivating Calendar

This workout calendar is very basic and not spectacular in any way. However it is exactly what I needed. I wanted an app that could log my workouts so I could keep track of them. This does this perfectly and you can easily pick the same workouts if input before. It helps me as I can see in the month/ week what fitness I've done and how often I've done it. I tried so many apps before this one but now I won't get rid of it. If you want an app to record your workouts and motivation to make sure you don't leave too many rest days this is for you.
