You can create multiple custom timers, each with its own name, number of repetitions, workout duration, and break time between rounds. This makes it perfect for interval training, HIIT, circuit workouts, strength training, and cardio routines.

While creating a timer, you can quickly choose from ready-made workout presets of 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes to save time and get started faster. For rest periods, the app offers convenient break time presets of 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, or 5 minutes, helping you maintain the right balance between effort and recovery.
