これは初心者には難しい
いつもはWi-Fiの機器をレンタルしていますが、機器が荷物になり、いつも邪魔だなぁって思い使っていましたが、eSIMの存在を今頃になり知り始めて利用しましたが、機械音痴な私には難しく、いつも通りWi-Fi機器をレンタルすれば良かったと後悔しています

ほとんど使えなかったです。接続も悪い。
もうWiFiには戻れない
eSIMを初めて利用してみました！ めちゃくちゃ便利で、もう海外旅行行く時はeSIM一択だと思います。 アプリだと設定も簡単にできました。 ありがとうございました！

最低の詐欺会社
星一すらつけたくない。 韓国のsimを確実に購入したのにも関わらず、香港のsimのQRコードを送りつけてきて、現地に到着してから気づきました。 メールでのやり取りでも一切非を認めず、新しいQRコードを送ればいいのにうだうだしているせいで現地の空港で別のsimを購入する羽目になりました。 消費者センターに連絡する旨のメールを送ったところ、『確認します』の連絡をよこしたまま2週間近く経ちますが、何の音沙汰もありません。 企業として最低だと思います。
