Been using it across a few iteration of iPhones, but in iPhone 12, can’t seem to focus on a clear shot. Forced to take photo from a further height, the auto crop don’t work so well sometimes

I compared all the business card apps I could find and this one has as good OCR as any and is intuitive and easy to use. Only quibble is that the photo taking would be better if you could trim the photo, or it auto found the borders of the card to help with my OCD. And there is a strange focus on syncing with Google contacts. Other than that it is great.

The review not even uploaded. Pay twice of the product. Same problem of not able to capture the photo. This really makes it feel like a scam product.

The app is having a lot of bug. When starting u can take about 2 pic cards the problem comes after that as it has camera rotation issue when u try to take pic of the card from horizontal to vertical shots or vertical to horizontal shots. You need to close the app again to get which layout shots you want. So it is quite wasted when they don't fix the bug. I'm using iPhone 6 Plus with the latest update.

I have in the past recommended this app to several friends and contacts as the best card scanner and contact app. With the recent upgrade I will rate this as the worst in the market. All the cool interfaces that were in the original version are gone. I am struggling to manage my contacts. Request you to revert to the old version if you have any consideration for customer needs. I am paying a price for entrusting my contacts with your app.

I bought this app and have been using it happily for years. Recently I updated to a newest version, all my contacts are now GONE! Plus, I can't save full detail to my phone, please return me my old version and all my contacts!

Saw from description Chinese simplified and traditional can be recognized. But after trying out on some Chinese business cards, this app is unable to recognize the Chinese characters. Other than that, this app recognizes information on the card very accurately. I downloaded this because I thought Chinese characters can be recognized but it can't hence giving only 3/5. Does not solve my need. Also the signature feature can't work. Kept showing me instructions but can't work. Please fix this issue if possible.

The latest version is pretty disappointed. I lost all the contacts and apps crash when I press the "contact us"!!

Everything is great except the look of the icon. It will be great if the icon is much better looking. Please improve.

Thanks for developing such a great app! Your recognition technology is by far one of the best! Could you please improve your mass txt sending function to be sending to just MOBILE contacts? Currently even other home and office contacts are put into the SMS sending.. Thank you!
