Bought the business card scanner and the app at the same time. After exactly one week and year after scanning a few hundred cards. The scanner stopped working - told to go away as it is  out of guarantee.

I've had this app for years and have scanned all business cards and then thrown them away. Opened the app today and ALL cards were deleted. Unable to retrieve them. This is totally unacceptable and should not happen.

Really great app to consolidate all your business cars, which I have many of.
It doesn't always read the cards correctly, but that is more due to the unique design of the cards.

I like that once a card is loaded into the app and that person rings you, it shows their name. Although its missing a trick in not showing the company name at the same time. This can be a pain when you have many cards loaded and haven't spoken to a person in a while.

### ***** "I am a convert! This saved me so much time!"
I am just back from a conference and had a pile of business cards of people I had met and are potential leads for work. I started to manually enter onto my iPhone and gave up as so tedious. Found this app - fantastic. Really simple point at the card & click with my phone camera (Optical Character Recognition technology in the words of the stuff on the app!) and it fills in all the fields. Have now synched with my Google contacts. Even worked with email signatures from another contact. Think I will do it right there at my next conference when given a card - and save me bringing back all those cards!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but this really needed to be written. This app just works and it's a great way of storing all of the business cards I collect at conferences. I particularly love the photo conversion feature, where you take a photo of a business card and it reads the text and makes an electronic record of it. It also imported all my Google contacts and I can use it on emails to import signatures too. Just cool.

Really impressed with the Optical Character Recognition in action and the ability to capture even the email signature and quickly add it in my contacts. Synchronisation with google contacts is another winner for me. Works quickly and smoothly, saves you time and money, really useful! Have tried others but they do not come near this one. Performs really well with the other languages, (helpful because I have contacts in Italian and Greek and travel a lot) recognised everything perfectly.

I have found this to be such a simple yet clever idea. I often get various business cards and they soon clutter up my wallet before being thrown into my bag. Then when I wanted one, I had the hassle of trying to dig the one I wanted out. With WorldCard I can photo and add them to the built in contacts via some nifty OCR software. Also been impressed with how well it handles foreign business cards when I have traveled to Europe. As such a simple but useful app I recommend it to anyone who gets handed lots of business cards.
