When you exit the app and go back in, the information disappears. It doesn’t save the information. 2. When filing a claim and going thru the submitted process it does not let you actually submit the claim. Says “internet connection cannot be found”. This is false and untrue as the internet connection is working fine on multiple mobile devices I used to try to submit the application. If there is a photo limit, put that on the within the application. The payment review screen pops up and blocks the user from being able to accept the terms and conditions to make a payment. Also can’t see any policy information. Not sure what the app is for other than to see your insurance cards?
