Do NOT BUY THIS APP!!!

This App appears to be wonderful when I downloaded it and started using it. However, I then wanted to listen to the guided meditations and I had to pay the subscription first, which I did. When I started listening to the guided meditations the voice was this horrible, mechanical, monotone. It definitely NOT relax me but made me feel even more tense!!! I thought it extremely sneaky of the owners to make one pay first before one finds out about this. I managed to get a refund from Apple. Do NOT buy this App. You’ll regret it. I definitely do NOT recommend it. I’d give it no stars if I could. It’s AWFUL!!!!

Ruined by recent update

This was excellent. But this latest update is ghastly. It crashes every few seconds. I cannot even access previous records. It is confusing and cluttered, stressful to use. They have tried to do everything and done it badly instead of one thing really well. They have removed the ability to customise appearance and replaced what was a beautiful functional design with a cheesy zen garden aesthetic. I didn’t want a pretentious spa experience, I wanted a simple and safe place to deal with worries. I cannot even figure out how to use the worry tracker now. Have deleted, requested refund, and downloaded Worry Tree instead.

Waaaay too expensive for what it does… Very basic app for 4.49, save yourself some money and opt for notes or get a journal. Wish I never downloaded it!

Love this app. It is a fantastic way to journal your worries without risking anyone seeing them. Once you see your worries in black and white they look ridiculous! Helps you get things in perspective

Looks nice and I have provisionally 3*’d it but would that go up if I find it truly useful. The obvious limitation for me is I tend to use my iPAD in landscape with a smart (expensive!!) keyboard and this only works portrait, so I have to flip the keyboard away to use it then back to do whatever else I was doing! Just fired it up on my iPhone now. Sadly it doesn’t sync between devices? That’s a shame. You can back up to the cloud and restore though.

I didn’t feel it came up with any real advise for how to manage anxiety and for the price I would have expected it to be easier to use and have more detailed analysis. Overall won’t use it again and feel you could just as easily write your planned events down and tally how you felt afterwards all it does is calculates the percentage of ones you don’t worry about.

Dreadful. It doesn’t do anything

Having downloaded this and spent £4.99 on it, I’ve managed to answer the initial 5 questions to start inputting my feelings but the app keeps reverting back to the start and doesn’t save what I’ve typed. There is nothing to help me through the app and it’s actually made me more anxious than when I started.

If you tend to be over-anxious and "catastrophise" possible outcomes, this is a nice simple little app to give you a reality check. I've found it helpful even in difficult circumstances, as it's a good visual reminder of how often things haven't turn out as badly as I feared they would. It's basic, but the best aspect of it is that as you keep entering worries and outcomes, the reassurance the app provides is based on your own real experiences, not just generic positive thinking.
