Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Wotcha does not upload your contacts to our server. I downloaded this as was using their webpage, thought this app would be quick and easy. Oh was I wrong, as soon as you open the app, first thing is, you need to input your number so you can get a code, why would you need a code just to check out numbers, app is immediately deleted as seems like a waste of time and space on my phone.

I installed the app because I travel a lot and the website isn’t available outside the UK.
Today I received a scam call and the call came through. I thought the app is supposed to block nuisance calls???
So I checked the number in Wotcha and it didn’t find any records.
I ran the number in the who-called-me website and it found it was ‘negative’ with 726 searches.
When I installed Wotcha I thought I was getting the usage of a website with the convenience of an app.
I’ll be deleting it and sticking with the website thanks.

After trying to contact the developer by email and via Facebook and receiving zero response, I’ve completely given up with this app. Has the developer lost interest? The basic premise of the app sounds promising, but actual use is disappointing and does nothing more than iOS can do by blocking unknown callers. It could be a really great app, but unless something changes for the positive, then I will not be using this anymore. Shame.

Promised not to do this and give them time to respond to a support ticket sent to apple and the developers. Radio silence from these guys. The app has the best database of spam numbers anywhere. But this is know use if the app does not warn you of spammers when they call and are defo on the database. So frustrating and I hope this will get someone to help as I simple have no choice.

After having problems initially with the app only flagging calls in my kissed call list it’s now started working. I wish they would make the notification a bit bigger and more obvious and have an option to block the call from the incoming call screen. However it does what I need. I also set up an automation to open the app at the same time every day so the database is always up to date.

I get multiple spam calls in a week, this app hasn’t picked up one of them. Rubbish. Glad I didn’t pay for it! App also only works if it’s allowed to track other apps on the phone. Silence unknown callers is the way.

I downloaded it as I’d searched for a number on the site. After having downloaded, I searched the same number through the app and it told me it was fine and there were no issues… despite the site seeing 4-5 different reports. The main page has lots of padlocks on different features to unlock. I’m not willing to do so until I’ve seen the benefit. It gives the choice of blocking a number, but Apple let you do that anyway, so why would I use a third party to do this? Needless to say, I have have deleted the app again.

I’ve had the free version installed and running for a couple of weeks, it doesn’t appear to do anything. I have it running in the background constantly, but there’s no caller id, no spam blocking, in fact there’s nothing, I could uninstall it and nothing would change. cancelling after 3 months of platinum subscription. During this time I had a heap of spam calls, and not once did this app do anything to justify its existence. App said I was protected, yet not a single call was blocked or identified as spam. Utterly useless

It works well and quickly finds callers' numbers. The one thing that really annoys me though is the name of this app.  After downloading it I now have a shortcut on my iPad saying "Wotcha", which seems to have nothing to do with what the app does.  I keep looking on the iPad for an app called something like "Who Called".  I can't find it because of course it doesn't exist, but I never remember that it is called Wotcha instead.
