I get you need to make a living, but for my purposes Wotja is a little too rich for my blood in the long run. Best to you. -- Aerofauna, 2026-07-29 ### *---- "Too expensive for what it is" Too rich for my blood. -- Eriptron, 2026-04-20 ### ***** "Great app, absurd pricing" Absolutely absurd pricing. Just bonkers A great app, super useful- sounds amazing, but we're not all out here cashing Brian Eno royalty checks. I feel honeypotted. -- egoki11a, 2025-10-04 ### ***** "Essential and Beautiful" I’ve been using Intermorphic’s apps for many years. I started with Muse and then used Noatikl. It’s hard to describe the joy these apps bring. I’m a software developer, and I’m picky about apps. This thing has been thought out in every possible detail to most perfect music making system ever made. It goes far beyond even Noatikl. It can become a part of you, a part of your extended mind and enable and empower your creativity. It’s has history, spirituality, gravitas. It’s a labor of love and it shows. -- avanderbilt, 2025-01-30 ### ***** "I love Wotja" The major complaint people have with Wotja is that it is too complicated. And to understand all of it is complicated. But I think of it as kind of like a video game - if I could figure it out in 2 minutes I would be bored. And with a video game, what do you end up with? Here, you can make music like no other app can. It’s fun to play with it and see what it can do. I have not completely figured it out so it’s kind of an endless experiment. The developers are always updating it, and are very responsive. If you have the time and are into ambient / generative music, I say go for it. You can also just use it at basic level and make great stuff. There really is nothing else like it. -- Manxynx, 2025-01-03 ### ***** "Love it! But slight bug" Love it! But slight bug. When I try to go to templates the app just closes. -- Real Moorpheus, 2024-09-19 ### *---- "Paid for Pro unlock; now unable to use" I’m not sure why the developer bothers to sell a permanent pro unlock. I paid for “21 Pro” some years ago, figuring I could at least continue to use what I paid for indefinitely. It turns out that isn’t true at all. I’m no longer able to even install a build that respects my previous purchase, meaning I essentially paid for nothing. I do understand the appeal of ongoing revenue, but if the “permanent” unlock is going to be time limited due to availability of a particular app version, what’s the point? What I paid for was apparently a subscription in all but name, except worse because you have no idea when the version you’re paying for will become unavailable. -- Chaos215bar2, 2024-06-25 ### ***** "Endless depth of exploration" Wotja has entertained me for years. Incredible depth of features. -- TheGarnetAtGmail, 2024-06-19 ### *---- "Too complex as a Plugin Host" I found this app to be way overkill as a plugin host to replace opening my DAW to using plugins. The interface is not very intuitive and I'm a software developer. To add, unless you get the Pro version you can't use the free version without a timeout with a popup dialog prompting to buy the full PRO version. If you're looking for something more than a Plugin Host, maybe you'll like it if you're willing to spend signficant time figuring out the UI. Otherwise, there are much simpler apps out there for free to host plugins. -- Mivey412, 2024-06-01 ### ***** "Takes Some Work But …." Probably the best Generative Music app ever created. Enough Said. -- 01960petrus, 2024-04-29 [View all Wotja reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Wotja In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Pro (Subscription) | $4.99 | | Pro 25 (One Time Buy) | $44.99 | | Pro (Thirty Day Unlock) | $6.99 | | T2 ('Love it!'
