This app is intended to integrate with the WoundRounds solution. If you are not a current WoundRounds client, but would like this solution, we suggest you contact WoundRounds.

The app is great in theory, but is not user friendly because it does not auto sync requiring you to log out in between each assessment or after all assessments completed. It also has issues with latest update that prevent you from taking picture which is required to complete assessments.
