### *---- "Frustratingly Unreliable – Crashes, Bugs, and No Support"
I’ve given this app multiple chances, but it continues to disappoint. Woven crashes daily, and to make matters worse, when you open a tab, it redirects you to the browser version of the app. If I wanted to use a browser, I’d do so on my computer—why force this unnecessary step?

Beyond that, the app is incredibly inconsistent. The server is down almost every day, causing disruptions for my team and our workflow. It’s unreliable at best and outright unusable at worst. Customer service is nonexistent—don’t expect a response if you reach out for help.

The only redeeming quality is the UI, which looks decent, but even that feels wonky and unfinished. Woven has potential, but until they fix the crashes, stability issues, and lack of support, I can’t recommend it.

I use this platform for communication and the inconsistent notifications are truly frustrating. Then when you actually get the notification of a announcement or message and you check it, the notification from the app will never go away and then I have to delete the app and then reinstall.

Forced to use this for work. I’ve had a notification on my woven app for 3 weeks now… there are no new messages, alerts, assignments, or anything that would elicit a need for a notification… yet it STILL won’t go away. On mobile it just completely kicks you out while trying to place maintenance orders. Not a fan, definitely wouldn’t use for my own business.

The app is not a bad app, but the most recent redesign of the schedules page is ridiculous. The main page for your schedule used to be condensed and easy to read for the accurate Sunday-Saturday calendar schedule, similarly with the locations tab. With the most recent update it’s an inaccurate Monday-Sunday schedule that incorrectly displays the hours to be worked for the week. This change was completely unnecessary and I may as well just rely on the email notifications for my schedule updates.
