I would not recommend the Wow Eats app until these issues are properly fixed. • Payment gets deducted, but sometimes the order is not even placed. • Orders can be cancelled after payment has already been taken. • Refunds for cancelled orders are delayed, and customers have to keep following up. • Customer support is not helpful and it is difficult to get a proper response from a real person. • There is no proper and clear communication when an order fails or gets cancelled. • Customers are left confused about whether their money will be refunded. • Delivery can be extremely delayed even after payment is completed. • The app should clearly show the status of payment, order confirmation and refund. • If an order cannot be fulfilled, the money should be refunded automatically and immediately. • Customers should not have to repeatedly contact support to get their own money back. I personally faced a situation where my payment was deducted but the order was not placed. I also have another cancelled order for which I am still waiting for the refund. WOW! Momo/Wow Eats needs to seriously improve its payment system, order processing, refund system and customer support. Taking payment successfully but failing to provide the order or a timely refund is extremely frustrating for customers.
