The app is, and has been horrible for years. I recently tried to revisit being the website is so bad…app is still horrible. The worse and most aggravating part is the “weather now” video. If you accidentally hit the screen, it pauses the video and then forces you to watch another ad before restarting. This is after already watching an ad on the start. This is sneaky and intentional. I get warnings about heavy rain and lightning about 10-15 minutes after it has passed, there is no need to have this if it is not going to be done and act correctly.
