Furthermore, trying to set the correct date on my time card for mileage simply isn’t possible - again it’s like the submission buttons just don’t work. Customer support needs to be open 24/7 and efficient, not just during limited office hours. When problems arise, timely assistance is crucial. Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience because your customer service was closed when my issue could have still been resolved, and by the time I could reach someone, it was too late. This caused a lot of unnecessary trouble. I strongly recommend reviewing your policies to improve efficiency.
