## Wren Kitchens Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "App doesn’t work properly."
Wren designed my kitchen. When the fitter started to fit the units he found that the design was faulty. This resulted in one unit that can not be used meaning that I’ll not have the kitchen they promised .One corner of the kitchen could not be installed.
We had to order a replacement smaller cupboard. Several items are missing from the order. One item damaged. Customer service is a joke. They offered money as a “ good will “ gesture to compensate. This will not cover the cost of the fitter having to return. Never again.

### *---- "Kitchen purchase and fittings"
Highly not recommended. We have been there (preston branch) and selected a kitchen with them about 2 months ago. They told us they’ll come to fix it on 15 July. They told us they had to change the gas connection which would cost us an additional £800 on top of our contract. We agreed. My wife booked holidays just for it and they changed the date. We had to struggle but somehow we managed it. Then they said they had to do another survey. After the survey, they told us we have to pay an additional £4000. When we said it's not what you told us and we can’t pay an extra £4000, they said we can’t cancel our contract. The guy (salt) is not ready to talk to us. And the manager keeps saying, he can not say this. We know him for 20 years. Please don't fall for what they say. It's all a bunch of lies. Don’t waste your money.

### **--- "bug"
My phone no on the App was wrong (not on showroom record) and it cannot be corrected in App, by Customer Services or in showroom, showroom staff sent a message to relevant dept, waiting to see if it works. I arranged for kitchen to be measured and they couldn’t contact me as they were using the wrong number
-- IB2222, 2024-04-25

### *---- "Does not work"
I am unable to register as it requires zip code instead of postcode
-- ugA1yah00, 2024-03-06

### *---- "Spares"
My kitchen fitter cut a length of cornice wrong. I need to order a replacement. I’ve been instructed by Wrens “customer service” that the easiest way to order spares is by using the app.
Can’t get past the two options; book an in store appointment or book an online appointment.
I have a kitchen, it’s been delivered, where are all the other options. Nothing else on the app, other than the usual faq’s, worse than useless. Back to “customer service”.

### ***** "Very easy to use"
Very easy to use, very intuitive and easy to track your order and arrange for any replacement parts should you need them
-- Townfan10, 2023-11-20

### *---- "Couldn’t register on iPad"
No matter what I tried, the registration screen kept telling me the post code was not in a valid format. Gave up and deleted the app from the iPad.
-- Melthirtle, 2023-09-24

### *---- "Can’t log in to app"
When I try to register, the app tells me my postcode is in the wrong format, this is after it’s already used the correct postcode to find my full address. Can’t even register in this situation.

### ****- "PDF !! Sticks there"
If I go into fitting etc and open a PDF it won’t let me get out , tried contact developer but can’t seem to !! So it seems I have to delete and restore to get back to start !! Or am I just being thick ? !

### ***** "Helps keep everything on track"
The Wren App for me has been brilliant.

It told me what to expect at each stage of the kitchen journey and provided little hints and tips so I am well prepared. Like many others, this has been my first kitchen purchase and it really put my mind at ease.

When the kitchen was delivered, i needed some minor replacments and was able to do this instantly through App!

Really happy with this resource and would definitely recommend whether your a first time buyer of a kitchen or not! 😄
