App and we interface have limitations. The way our company uses wrike I have to be constantly tied to a computer for administration of wrike. I do not like this, I also do not like that features are voted on, as a small company using wrike we are drown out by the needs and wants of larger companies. This is a bad model and there for reflect my review. Do better.
I’m not sure how people even use the mobile app. The desktop is… fine… but you can barely use the app. It has the same functions as the desktop, but somehow worse. I’m on the go a lot for my job and require the timely updates on my phone. Here is where the issue starts. If someone directly tags you in a file, you can’t go directly from the phone notification to the app. It WILL NOT WORK. If you do, an error message pops up, leaving you with a blank screen. The screen has no exit so you have to close the app, which I’ve had to do time and time again. To get around this, you have to use the search function, find the name of the project, go to the correct card (if you even know where the comment was made), go into the file itself, and THEN find the comment to reply to. Here is the second issue you will run into. You can’t reply directly or tag someone ANYWHERE. In the file, in the card, in the project overview—no where. When you start typing @name, names will pop up but you physically can’t select a name to tag. For whatever reason, the tagging feature half works. I’ve deleted this app multiple times to see if it was a bug, but it’s not. I’m not sure if other iPhone users have this issue, but you literally can’t use Wrike app for any business purpose. If you want it to take up space on your phone and ONLY use it to get notifications, be my guest. But it would be nice if someone actually managed the app internally to catch these things.
Just trying to get some work done and i keep getting prompted for “Are you enjoying wrike?” I WAS until you bothered me about it. Get off my screen. Hopefully writing a review dismisses it.
Recently it stopped working. Loading for long time, then saying “if it lates long time to open, reload or write error report”. I reload, didn’t help. When I try to leave errror report it is saying “error” and can’t evelmfile it own error report. Useless app!! Such annoying crashes!
The value of a paid service can often be judged as inversely proportional to how difficult it is to cancel that service. You’ll need to cancel in writing 30 days prior to the end of your service term or they’ll send an invoice. Canceling the card on file or telling a rep you want to cancel isn’t enough.
App will not load on my phone. It worked for about a month and now for the past several months it will not. I do not see any update available at this time.
Trying to leave comments in a video is PAINFUL on an iPhone. No controls, tools that don’t draw properly, having to click 10 times to exit a video. Terrible. The web based version on a Mac is excellent. The iPhone and iPad version were really phoned in.
So many web features missing from the mobile app that it’s unusable. Would love to have my team switch to this app, but it simply isn’t finished.
How can an company that focuses on PM tools be this bad at an app. Like many people here I get a spinning wheel of death and nothing ever loads. I hope they know people are unfortunately forced to use this tool and they should try to make this app work.
