Help.. I thought I was going to love this APP.. until the other day when I tried to open it and it was locked . I do t remember licking it and I tried pressing the button that ssys unlock. I tried my thumb print I can’t bring up a keyboard to type a password in. I tried removing the APP and reinstalled it still locked.  
I tried contacting customer service but it just directed me toward another APP you make and tried to sell thst one to me..  HELP
