In theory, I love this app. It is the best writing app I have used so far. The problem is, when you try to upgrade to a subscription - the app force quits. There is not way to upgrade. At first I thought it was just me, so I waited a few days before trying again. Still doesn’t work. It’s unfortunate, I think I would have 5 starred this if that had that been fixed.

I really adore this app, I’ve used to begin writing two stories so far. But there’s a major issue that frustrates me 50% of the time. When I write something up, and then leave the app, half of the sentences I wrote are deleted and I have to write them again! Like what??? Please fix this! It’s actually SO annoying. I might delete if not fixed soon, or at least make an effort please. Other than that the app is pretty decent for other factors like quality and lag (which on my device there is no lag) But I really hope you see this review and fix this bug quickly

I suggest to download every time as a pdf the information so at least you can save it if the app do it again.

Buy anything but this app. It doesn’t let you add pics and you can’t edit properly. Every time I have to edit my work, I have to exit the chapter and re-enter just to be able to edit what I’ve just written. I can’t write freely in this app which defeats the purpose. There’s also zero customer support, any time I click app support it takes me to their page where it says ‘tablet version coming soon’

This app is equal parts stylish and minimalistic. The ability to organize writings into books and chapters makes writing more fun. The formatting presets are nice to have, and dark mode support helps with concentration. Best of all, there is nothing in the app to distract the user from the goal, which is to write. I hope iPad support and some proofreading/editing tools can be implemented in the near future. All in all, I believe this app to be the perfect companion for on-the-go writing.
