No generic fitness fluff. No yoga. No "10,000 steps." Just three things, every day, that make you a better wrestler: BODY · FUEL · MIND THREE SPINS A DAY Open the app. Spin the wheel three times. Each spin deals you one Body task, one Fuel task, one Mind task — pulled from a wrestling-specific library and rigged so you train every dimension. Premium users get six spins (two of each) and zero ads. WRESTLING IQ 20 progressive quizzes — 10 folkstyle, 10 freestyle. Each quiz tests real wrestling knowledge: history of the sport, terminology, match scenarios. Each quiz includes a Learn module — swipeable teaching cards built from coaching insights, not Wikipedia summaries. Score 90% to unlock the next tier. Earn stars as you climb. VS MODE Got a wrestling buddy? Pass the phone. First to 5 correct answers wins. Pick folkstyle or freestyle. Trophy animation when you take the match. DAILY DISCIPLINE XP, levels, badges, streak tracking. The wrestling-specific badge system rewards consistency over flashy single-day efforts. The wrestlers who win in March were locked in in November. HONEST AND ON-MAT Built by a wrestler. The body tasks are real (penetration step drills, sprawls, hip heists). The fuel tasks are real (hydration, pre-practice carbs, post-match recovery). The mind tasks are real (visualization, journaling losses, opponent film study). Nothing in this app exists to fluff your screen time. WHO THIS IS FOR High school wrestlers grinding for their first varsity letter. College wrestlers chasing All-American. Adult freestyle wrestlers training between weekend opens. Coaches building their athletes' habits. If you wrestle, this app is for you. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR General fitness. Yoga people. CrossFit. The "wellness" crowd. This is wrestling. PREMIUM $2.99/month removes all ads, doubles your daily wheel spins, and unlocks the full stats experience. Cancel anytime. Free version covers everything you need to start. Train. Compete. Win. ## WRSTL Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/45/1e/40/451e400c-aaef-00e0-f035-fc060de221e6/WRSTL_AppStore_05_Daily_Tasks_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/78/0c/fd/780cfd50-28fe-b292-838e-c100ce9b1243/WRSTL_AppStore_06_Train_Compete_Win_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/0c/be/ec/0cbeec08-d030-94cd-8b43-f33dc378d347/WRSTL_AppStore_03_Build_Wrestling_IQ_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/7c/81/ce/7c81ce94-9b33-e436-e0a9-f7ea9ee1a5cf/WRSTL_AppStore_01_Quizzes_Teach_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/48/b9/32/48b93223-6938-3348-e598-3a6390f06a9c/WRSTL_AppStore_07_Styles_VS_Mode_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d8/43/1a/d8431a6e-1eaf-754b-3fa2-5ce8679da856/WRSTL_AppStore_02_Track_Streaks_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/a0/ae/46/a0ae4605-79b0-492c-f633-d3c6fe0f2056/WRSTL_AppStore_04_Win_The_Day_1242x2688.png/1242x2688.png) ## WRSTL In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Selfmax Premium | USD 2.99 | ## WRSTL Available In - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/wrstl-xJvz/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/wrstl-xJvz/egypt) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/wrstl-xJvz/united-kingdom) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/wrstl-xJvz/india) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/wrstl-xJvz/kazakhstan) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/wrstl-xJvz/north-macedonia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
