The new view it updated is worse and the app is slow -- Kristy.slp, 2024-11-20 ### *---- "Fix the app" For the love of god, stop asking us to change passwords every few months!! We need to use the app on the go and all the sudden we have to get on the web, change password and then re-link the account to any other apps we have it linked!! And don’t say it’s for security reasons, my other banks don’t do it. Is it so hard to make an app that actually works??? Like you don’t have the money to pay a developer?? -- Ilias81, 2024-08-04 ### *---- "Terrible" If you bank at WSFS, don’t even bother downloading the app. Completely useless. -- Don’t even care at all, 2023-04-27 ### *---- "The worst app matches the worst bank" Mobile deposit is a JOKE. The app almost never finishes a deposit because it never finds the endorsement… and I’m using an authorized bank stamp! After weeks and now months the bank register still has no deposit detail. Linking to QuickBooks? I wish! Worked for a couple weeks then Poof! Too many calls to support… too much time wasted. After years with Bryn Mawr Trust I’m shopping for a new bank for ALL my banking. -- 23567755665445654454, 2022-06-04 ### *---- "Absolute failure." Frequently crashes or does not accept images. Incredibly frustrating when trying to operate a business and make a simple online deposit. -- Entatty, 2022-05-27 ### *---- "Mobile Deposit" Never had any issues when this bank was Beneficial. Mobile Deposits have become a major pain. Because of the app’s inability to read a bank deposit stamp. I now have to go the bank to make deposits. ONE STAR IS TO MUCH -- Madelyn's Zoo, 2021-04-19 ### *---- "Changing bank" This is the WORST bank I've ever dealt with-and this is accordingly the WORST APP. I'M OUT -- i hate wsfs, 2020-06-22 ### *---- "Horrible Bank App" How does one Business bank app crash so often switching bank just because of this -- IanEck, 2020-05-13 ### *---- "Doesn’t work with New iOS" App was bad to start with due to all the checks to login. Now I haven’t been able to use it since the new iOS almost 2 months ago! Sad for a large institution not to be able to adapt faster -- jtry21, 2019-11-27 ### *---- "Defective" Worked for while then impossible to log in! Needs some serious technical revision! -- pickydoc, 2019-10-10 [View all WSFS Business Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
