I have been purchasing from WTSO for years and have had nothing but an excellent experience. Their customer service goes above and beyond if there is any issue. We love trying new wines from different regions. The best part of all is it gets delivered to your door! I’ve also taken advantage of the six months free storage many times over the years when I happen to overstock by wine cabinet! -- EGM21, 2025-12-18 ### *---- "Untrustworthy and unstable" Items that I have purchased no longer show up in my "cellar" or in my order history. When I try to search the app crashes. Anything such as an accent in the description for a search results in no match. They should really think of hiring a professional to manage their app. Don't depend on this app to track your purchases!!! -- Polar-needs-help, 2025-11-05 ### *---- "Signing in website boo hoo" Your web site needs work . I agree with one of the other reviews. It took me a half hour to get my password updated without losing my cart. I got shut down more times this week and almost give up on getting an order through. Another time like this and I will not even look at your website. -- Website boo hoo, 2024-11-24 ### **--- "No easy way to delete app or stop notifications" While some might find the app useful I would really like to stop the notifications but each time I open the app it goes to their website and there are no menu options to delete or stop notifications. -- Dmark2025, 2024-10-30 ### **--- "Do better!" I can’t understand why this app is so bad. Don’t they want to sell wine? Every time I open it, it spins and spins. Sometimes I keep trying and some days I just give up and end up buying nothing. -- dvf47, 2024-10-26 ### ***** "The best wine online place to buy" I am a wine connoisseur and often buy wines online and in liquor stores. This has the best price for really good wines. Love it! -- Medstud21, 2023-08-12 ### ***** "Love this app and the wine!" We’ve purchased wine via WTSO for almost 5 years and still going. I set up a daily reminder because I like to see the specials. I have not experienced any technical issues. I’ve asked a question via ye app and the response is quick, friendly, and useful. Shipping and packaging is amazing I wish they included Port wines. Thank you WTSO! -- CM123$&@, 2023-04-28 ### ****- "Feature add" It’d be helpful to add food pairings (including vegetarian) within the app. And make it simpler to search wines from the cellar based on food as well. -- Loyal Office365 fan, 2021-12-26 ### *---- "Update the app!!" Can’t open the app on ios14. Get with the program! -- Nolly259, 2020-10-09 ### ***-- "Website is much better" The website can be enlarged. The screen on the app cannot. The print is tiny. I have to go to the website if I have time, whenever I want to look at a wine. Customer service is stellar. Would prob be 5 stars otherwise. -- MD 8675309, 2020-06-30 [View all WTSO reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## WTSO Discovered Keywords - wtso ## Apps Similar to WTSO - [Last Bottle Wines](https://apptail.io/app/last-bottle-wines-iNg/united-states) - [Wine.com](https://apptail.io/app/winecom-Rel/united-states) - [CT Legacy Version](https://apptail.io/app/ct-legacy-version-vGH/united-states) - [WineRatings+ by Wine Spectator](https://apptail.io/app/wineratings-by-wine-spectator-IkK/united-states) - [InVintory: Wine Cellar Manager](https://apptail.io/app/invintory-wine-cellar-manager-OkK/united-states) - [Wine Access](https://apptail.io/app/wine-access-VaKb/united-states) - [DAOU+](https://apptail.io/app/daou-RAKb/united-states) - [The Capital Grille Concierge](https://apptail.io/app/the-capital-grille-concierge-nmMd/united-states) - [Wine Spies](https://apptail.io/app/wine-spies-tAai/united-states) - [CellarTracker: #1 Wine Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/cellartracker-1-wine-tracker-hxJp/united-states) ## WTSO Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/wtso-bhpd/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/wtso-bhpd/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
