Everything is user friendly from product choices to choosing the shipping carrier. Customer service experience has been quick, prompt & very professional in my experiences. Overall great app & great staff.

Expedite order successful

It was so easy that I can pull up an old order at the end of the day and order it expedited for delivery tomorrow!! Grainger is the best!

It would be nice if, on the lathe insert holders. The insert size would be included in the description.

It is terrible The worst I’ve ever dealt with Multiple times it changed quantity of product Sometimes populates items on its own I was blaming this on network I was on . Tried at home on my WiFi No luck same issues Now you guys are pushing warranties … Guess again , I deal with someone else if this continues Example I ordered a socket set Next thing I know it populates 6 socket sets .. really guys It’s never been this bad ! For those who get it done … This should be embarrassing

Some item quantities have been increasing in my shopping cart, so watch out for that. Otherwise, great app!

The app is so easy. And it’s seamless to order online then pick up. The folks at Grainger are so very helpful and skilled at getting you what you need even if you don’t know what it’s called. The folks in my Westchester NY store are the best.
